We take extreme care in packaging our live plants. Orders are processed Monday through Wednesday to ensure plants do not sit in transit over the weekend. We use specialized eco-friendly containers to keep root balls moist and foliage protected during delivery.

Do you offer a guarantee on your nursery stock?

Yes, we stand behind the quality of our products. Most of our outdoor perennials, shrubs, and trees come with a one-year limited warranty, provided they have been planted and cared for according to our provided guidelines.

Can I return home decor items if they don't fit my space?

Absolutely. If you are not completely satisfied with your home decor purchase, you can return the item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

How do I track my order?
